These mars bars are raw, so line any 8 x 8 or deep dish pan with parchment paper and put aside.
Remove the water from the soaking nuts, wash them with clean water and add them to a food processor. Add all nougat-layer ingredients into the food processor as well.
Process until you get a creamy and smooth texture. Add the first layer into the pan and press with a spatula to make it even. Add it in the fridge while preparing the second layer.
Prepare the caramel layer by adding all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Add the second layer on top of the nougat layer, again make it even using a spoon or a spatula.
Add it in the freezer for 15 minutes, or in the fridge for an hour to completely set and thicken.
For the chocolate layer, add all ingredients into a small bowl and mix until combined and no cocoa lumps are visible.
When the bars are completely thickened and combined, cut them into small bars.
Cover each bar in the chocolate mixture and put them in the fridge to firm.
You can keep the bars in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
Before serving take them out of the freezer as they only need a couple of minutes and they are ready to be eaten!
