Ingredients

  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves
  • 1 stalk celery chopped
  • 1/2 cup brewed green tea cooled
  • 1/2 grapefruit peeled and seeded
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 large avocado
  • pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and process until smooth and creamy. Best results if enjoyed in the morning!
