Ingredients

  • 4 whole carrots
  • 1 nectarine
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (or more, if you like it flavorful)

Instructions

  • Blend or juice the carrots, nectarine, pineapple, and lettuce. Transfer to a glass and top with cayenne pepper.
