  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 2 cups greens (kale, spinach, or anything you prefer)
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 1/2 cup coconut water

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients in a blender and process until all ingredients are liquefied and it's smooth.
