Coffee Protein Ice Pops for Weight Loss

Servings 5 ice pops

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp ground coffee

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust it according to your taste. (add more sweetness or coffee)
  • Pour the mixture into your ice pop molds, insert the popsicle sticks and freeze for about 6 hours (preferably overnight).
