Coffee Protein Ice Pops Recipe for Weight Loss

Summer is just around the corner, which means it is time for some delicious Popsicles! 

These homemade ice pops are the best way to have some caffeine and a nice sweet treat! If you want to make them caffeine-free, feel free to use decaf coffee, the taste is the same.

The first time I made them, my husband was so amazed he ate three of them 😂 Honestly, they are the perfect treat for a hot summer day, or when you don’t really have a dessert and you can easily reach one ice pop to satisfy your sweet tooth. All you need is coffee, some hemp seeds for extra protein, and maple syrup.

Coffee Protein Ice Pops for Weight Loss

Servings 5 ice pops

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp ground coffee

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust it according to your taste. (add more sweetness or coffee)
  • Pour the mixture into your ice pop molds, insert the popsicle sticks and freeze for about 6 hours (preferably overnight).
