Raspberry Detox Smoothie To Kickstart Your Morning

From time to time, and especially after some increased food and drink intakes (after holidays), I like to start the day with a detox smoothie. To slightly cleanse and refresh the body.

Actually we should all cleanse and detox more often. At least once a week, I would say. When I do this, I usually drink my smoothie in the morning and drink only water until lunch. So, I give my organism a couple of hours to detox and cleanse and get rid of the built up toxins.

This raspberry detox smoothie will give your body a nutritional boost when you get off tract from your regular diet.

Raspberry Detox Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop whey protein, vanilla flavor
  • 4 tablespoons frozen raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon maqui powder
  • 150 ml of water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 handfuls of fresh spinach

Preparation:

Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Consume immediately.
