4-Ingredient Delicious Keto Pizza

Dough ingredients:

  • 170 g grated mozzarella
  • 30 g cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 35 grams of coconut flour

Procedure:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and place the baking paper on the baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the grated mozzarella and cream cheese, then put in the microwave for 90 seconds, and stir once after 40 seconds, so that it melts nicely.
  3. Stir eggs and coconut flour into the cheese mixture. Mix with your palms until you get a uniform and compact dough.
  4. If the mixture hardens before you have completely mixed it, put it back in the microwave, but only for about 15 seconds to soften it a bit.
  5. Place the mixture on baking paper and roll it into the desired shape. When rolling out, make a series of holes in the dough to prevent bubbles from forming during baking.
  6. Place in the oven and let it bake for 6 minutes. Take it out and make holes again with a toothpick if bubbles form somewhere.
  7. Now place the toppings of your choice on the dough and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the dough gets a nice light brown color.
