Green Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • a piece of ginger root (about 1/2 cm)
  • 1-2 kale leaves
  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon stevia
  • 1/3 fresh cucumber
  • 1 celery root

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until a smooth thick mixture is obtained. If you prefer it lighter, add some water to reduce its thickness. Serve for breakfast on an empty stomach!
