Anxiety-Busting CBD Cookie Dough Truffles

Servings 10 bites

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1/2 cup raw walnuts or pecans
  • 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
  • 4 dates
  • 2 tbsp cashew butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 10 doses CBD oil (around 150 gr)
  • 4 tbsp cacao nibs

Instructions

  • Add oats, walnuts or pecans, and flaxseeds to a food processor. Pulse about 10 times for 1 or 2 seconds each.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients except the cacao nibs to the processor and pulse 5 to 10 times until the new ingredients are mixed. You'll want the consistency to be chunky, not smooth.
  • Put the mixture in a medium-sized bowl, fold the cacao nibs and stir nicely/
  • Divide dough into 10 equal sections and roll each into a ping-pong sized ball.
  • Store in the freezer, and when you’re ready to eat, just allow about 10 minutes for them to thaw before eating.
