This amazing beet and sage bean dip is flavorful, earthy, and slightly sweet from the roasted beets and garlic.
Ingredients
1 1/2medium beetsroasted and cubed
1can cannellini beansrinsed
3roasted garlic cloves
1/2tbspavocado oilor olive oil
2tbsptahini
juice of half a lemon
10fresh sage leaves, or 1 tbsp. dried sage
1tsppaprika
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F. Place cubed beets and garlic on a baking sheet and toss with oil. Roast for 20 min. Pulse all ingredients together in a food processor.
