Blueberry-Cashew Cream Overnight Oats

Ingredients

OAT MIXTURE

  • 1/2 banana (mashed)
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds

BLUEBERRY-CASHEW CREAM

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 medjool date
  • 2 tbsp cashews
  • 2-4 tbsp water or almond milk

Instructions

  • For the oat mixture, mash the banana in a medium bowl, then and add all other ingredients into the bowl and mix them together until combined.
  • For the blueberry creamy topping, add ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth.
  • In a jar, add the oats first, and top it up with the blueberry cream.
  • Leave it in the fridge for at least an hour, ideally overnight, and enjoy in the morning!
