2tbsphoney or maple syrup(or less according to taste)
1 1/2cupunsweetened almond milk
half a banana, sliced(optional)
1tsppeanut butter(optional)
splash of almond milk(optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 F.
In a non-stick baking pan, add the oats, cinnamon, cacao, chia and flax seeds, Stir to combine.
To this, add the milk, honey, and cherries. Stir nicely to combine. (The oats should be covered with the milk completely, if not covered add more milk)
Place in the oven and bake for 7-10 minutes or until the oats have absorbed the liquid and they are golden-brown looking.
Serve with some sliced banana, peanut butter and some extra milk for creaminess. (optional)
