Chia-Berry Belly Blaster

Ingredients

  • 1 cup greek yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 1 cup frozen berries (I used strawberries and blueberries)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth. Enjoy!
