2 tbsp maple syrup or honey(or 1/4 cup granulated stevia)

40grdark chocolate(at least 85% of cacao)
Instructions
Add the chickpeas, sweetener, vanilla, tahini, coconut cream, cinnamon and salt in a food processor and blend until smooth. Taste for sweetness, and add more if desired.
Cut small chocolate chunks from the dark chocolate and stir half of the chocolate chunks into the cookie dough.
Add it into a bowl and sprinkle the remaining chocolate chunks on top.
Recommended serving: Apple and pear slices. (You can add any fruit you like)
