Delicious and Crunchy Cheesy Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 250 gr cottage cheese ( 1 cup)
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp Himalayan sea salt
  • coconut oil for frying
  • dried or fresh spices of choice

Instructions

  • Put cottage cheese and eggs in a bowl. Mix everything well.
    Then add flour and salt and stir. Add spices as desired, I inserted chopped fresh chives.
  • Add the coconut oil in a non-stick frying pan and heat it on medium heat. Shape the meatballs with a spoon, then place them carefully on the hot oil. Fry the meatballs on each side for two minutes, until they get a golden yellow color.
