1lbground chicken(sub: turkey if you don't have chicken)
2tspfresh or dried ginger
1/4cuponion(chopped)
2cloves garlic(minced)
2tspolive oil
1 12ozcoleslaw mix(or broccoli slaw)
3tbspsoy sauce (or tamari sauce)
1 tspsriracha sauce
2green onions(chopped)
sesame seeds and cilantro(optional, for serving)
Instructions
In a large skillet ad the chicken (or turkey) and cook it on medium until brown.
Break it into smaller pieces as it cooks. Cook for 8 minutes or until it's fully cooked.
Remove from heat.
In the same skillet, add the oil, onion, garlic, and ginger and cook for about a minute or two until fragrant. Add coleslaw mix into the skillet. Add the soy sauce and sriracha sauce too.
Cook for another 3-5 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
Remove from heat. Portion into bowls, top with green onions and serve immediately!
