Heat the grill until hot. While heating the grill, bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the corn and the salt and boil for around 5-6 minutes until the corn is slightly cooked.
Drain the corn, pad with a towel to make sure it is not wet. Transfer it to the grill.
Mix the mayonnaise and the lime juice. Remove the corn from the grill and paint it with the mayonnaise mix, then dust with chilli powder and Parmesan.
