Delicious Hangover Smoothie
Ingredients

fresh or frozen blueberries

banana

chia seeds

cup
low-fat Greek yogurt
1/2
cup
coconut water
or coconut milk

tsp
honey
(optional)
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy! It's best if you drink if in the morning for breakfast. Enjoy!
