Delicious Hangover Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup coconut water or coconut milk
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy! It's best if you drink if in the morning for breakfast. Enjoy!
