Heat the olive oil and add the garlic. Fry briefly, the garlic needs to soften and get a pleasant smell. Leave it to cool while you prepare the other ingredients.
Cut the avocado into cubes and add it in a blender together with the sardines, lemon juice, chili flakes and fried garlic. Blend until you get a nice creamy mixture. Store the spread in a glass container and store in the refrigerator.
