Detoxing & Cleansing Watermelon Lemonade

Ingredients

watermelon
(cubed)

large lemons
(juiced)

water
ice cubes (around 3-4 cups)
SYRUP:
1/3
cup
sugar
(or more, depending on taste)
1/3
cup
water
(or more, depending on taste)
Instructions
Make the syrup first so it has enough time to cool.
Combine the water and sugar in a small saucepan, bring it to a boil and remove from heat. Cool completely before adding to the lemonade.
Blend watermelon in a blender until smooth. Use a mesh strainer to strain it, and discard the pulp.
Fill a 2 quart container halfway with ice.
Add the watermelon juice, lemon juice and the syrup.
Add water. Taste and adjust the flavoring accordingly.
