Digestion Booster Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups freshly diced pineapple
  • 2 cups peeled and diced papaya
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut water
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh and minced ginger
  • 1 tbsp aloe juice (optional)
  • pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients into a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth (around 45 seconds). Serve and drink immediately.
