Instructions
Strain the chickpeas and wash with water.
In a bowl, mix the chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, chopped peppers, olives, chopped scallions and sun-dried tomatoes.Season everything with lemon juice, basil, salt and pepper. Serve and enjoy.
