Fluffy French Toast for Breakfast

brioche bread
(or any bread you have at hand)

eggs

cup
unsweetened almond milk
1
tbsp
coconut sugar
(or brown sugar)

tsp
vanilla
1/2
tsp
cinnamon
pinch
salt

butter
Instructions
In a bowl whisk eggs, almond milk, vanilla, coconut sugar, cinnamon and salt.
Preheat a skillet on low heat. Add 1 tbsp. butter to melt.
Dip both side of the bread in the egg mixture and allow it to soak for a couple of seconds.
Place the bread in the skillet and cook on medium or low heat on both sides (around 3-4 minutes for each side).
Add more butter, as needed, for the remaining bread slices.
Serve immediately with toppings of choice! Enjoy!
