In a small saucepan, simmer milk with turmeric, honey, black pepper, cinnamon, cardamom, and ginger. (5-7 min) Remove from heat and let it cool down. Strain the ginger from the milk.
Transfer the milk into a jar to make the chia pudding.
Add the chia seeds and stir nicely. Cover the jar with a lid and place in the refrigerator to set preferably overnight.
Taste and add more honey if desired, Decorate with nuts/seeds or fruits of choice.
