Ingredients

  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen spinach
  • 1 sliced avocado
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond or cashew milk
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.
  • You can drink it as a smoothie, or transfer into a bowl and create a smoothie bowl.
  • Top up with some extra flax seeds, kiwi, cucumber, banana, or toppings of your choice.
