Healing Golden Milk Recipe

Ingredients

cups
almond milk, or coconut milk
(I mixed them both)

tsp
turmeric
(ground or freshly grated)
1/2
tsp
cinnamon
1
tsp
maple syrup
(or any sweetener of choice)
pinch of black pepper
1/4
tsp
ginger
(ground or freshly grated)
1/4
cup
fresh orange juice
(optional)
Instructions
Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl, or use a blender to blend until smooth.
Pour into a saucepan and heat for 3-5 minutes on medium heat. Make sure it's not boiling.
Pour into a mug and enjoy warm.
