Healthy 10-Minute Tortilla Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 almond flour tortilla
  • 1 Tbsp Marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese (use vegan Mozzarella if you like)
  • 1 cup chopped veggies of choice (I like to use tomatoes, cauliflower, mushrooms)

Instructions

  • Layer on all ingredients .Put in the oven on broil for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is bubbling. Add red pepper flakes for extra spice.
