Healthy Blueberry Coconut Oatmeal Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut (optional)

Instructions

  • Add the oats in a blender and process until you get a flour-like mixture.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse until smooth.
  • Serve immediately! Enjoy!
