First, line a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper, set aside.
In a bowl, add in all the crust ingredients and stir well.
Press the dough evenly into the bottom of the loaf pan and add it to the freezer to set.
To make the peanut butter filling, stir the peanut butter, ample syrup, coconut oil and salt.
Remove the crust from the freezer and add the peanut butter filling on top. Smooth the surface and add in the freezer again.
For the chocolate filling, stir together cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup until well combined. Once it looks like a chocolate sauce pour it over the peanut butter filling.
Smooth the top and add it in the freezer to set for at least one hour.
Once set, grab the edges of the parchment paper and lift the bar from the pan.
Cut it into small bar pieces.
Do not leave them at room temperature as they will melt. Keep them in the fridge and have a snack whenever you wish.
