banana, peeled and sliced

frozen pineapple chunks

frozen mango chunks

fresh turmeric, peeled and grated
(or 1/2 teaspoon dried turmeric)

almond milk (optional)
Instructions
In a blender place all ingredients except for the milk and the ice. Blend until smooth.
Add the milk if you prefer a thinner smoothie, or add the ice if you would like a thicker version of the smoothie.
