Healthy Turmeric Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 tsp fresh turmeric, peeled and grated (or 1/2 teaspoon dried turmeric)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1/8 cup almond milk (optional)

Instructions

  • In a blender place all ingredients except for the milk and the ice. Blend until smooth.
  • Add the milk if you prefer a thinner smoothie, or add the ice if you would like a thicker version of the smoothie.
