Homemade Cashew Chocolate Yogurt for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup raw cashews (soaked in water for at least 4 hours)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp honey for sweetness (optional)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and mix until you get a creamy homogeneous mixture. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
