Homemade Raspberry Protein Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 500 ml Greek yogurt
  • 2 scoops whey protein (I used vanilla-flavored)
  • 2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup raspberries plus extra for topping
  • a handful of oat flakes (optional)

Instructions

  • Line a deeper baking tray with parchment paper. Or, you can also use silicone ice cube trays, and don't add any parchment paper.
  • In a blender add yogurt, protein, honey and raspberries and blend until nice and creamy. Pour it into the tray/ice cube trays, sprinkle with oat flakes and and raspberries and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours before serving.
