Low-Calorie Delicious Spinach Pie

Ingredients

  • 400 gr boiled spinach finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp boiled quinoa
  • 3 tbsp Rye flour
  • 3 tbsp oats
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 4-5 chopped mushrooms (optional)
  • a handful of finely chopped leeks
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • a little bit of sesame seeds on top (optional)

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients together. When you get a homogeneous mixture, pour the mixture into a large baking tray, sprinkle sesame sesame seeds on top if desired.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C, or 350 F, for about 20 minutes, if you want crispier you can bake a few minutes longer.
