Mandarin Orange Smoothie Parfaits

Mandarin Orange Parfaits layered with granola, yogurt and fruit - a delicious dessert

Ingredients

  • 2 Cuties mandarins, peeled
  • 2 bananas, frozen and peeled
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 2 cups granola
  • 1 cup berries of choice (blueberries, raspberries..)
  • coconut sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  • In a blender, place the Cuties, yogurt and bananas. Don't add any liquid as the mandarins already have it. Blend until smooth.
  • To make the parfaits, use a jar and add one layer of granola, remaining yogurt, and berries of your choice halfway up two glasses. Top up with the smoothie and garnish with granola, coconut sprinkles and berries.
