To make the oreo crust, add all ingredients into a food processor and process for about 5 minutes or less, or until you get a doug-like consistency.
Line a round cake mold with parchment paper. Then add half of the oreo crust mixture and press with your hands. This will be the bottom part of the oreo cake.
To make the oreo frosting, add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until thick and creamy. (Here, you can be creative and add some date pieces, or raisins, but this is totally optional).
Pour this mixture on top of the oreo crust spread it nicely and pop into the freezer for at least one hour to freeze completely.
Afterwards, add your remaining oreo crust on top, press with your fingers to make it even. Add it to the refrigerator for an hour or so, and serve! Enjoy!
