No-Bake Protein Chocolate Bars for Energy Boost

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats blended into flour-like texture
  • 1 cup ground hazelnuts
  • 4 tbsp chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp wheat germ
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 orange
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • All ingredients except honey, coconut oil and orange are mixed in a deep bowl. Put the orange, honey and coconut oil in a blender to get a homogeneous liquid structure that will have the task of connecting the mixture.
    When everything is combined, you will get a solid, thick big ball that you need to roll into something rectangular or square. Leave it in the fridge for about 1 hour and then take it out and chop it into the desired shapes. I put cocoa sauce, honey and coconut oil on top, a little dry cranberry and a little crushed almonds.
