Nutrition-Loaded Açaí Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 acai packet
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Bowl Toppings

  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1/4 cup banana, sliced
  • 2 strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds, or any seeds you like
  • 1 tsp cocoa nibs
  • 1 tsp raw honey

Instructions

  • Add all acai bowl ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • Transfer into a bowl, and add your toppings.
  • Drizzle with honey.
  • Enjoy!
