Cook the peas in a saucepan for 2-3 minutes. Drain and leave to cool.
In a blender, process the peas until smooth. (If you are having trouble, add a splash of lime to help you blend better).
Mash the avocados with a fork. Add in the jalapeno, red onions, cilantro, garlic, sauerkraut, brine, cumin, and lime juice.
Stir everything together. Add salt to taste.
