Pumpkin Powerhouse Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana (to add creaminess and sweetness)
  • handful of ice cubes
  • a dash of pumpkin pie spice (or swap for cinnamon)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately
