Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a round cake pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Put the almonds in a blender / food processor and grind well so that you get almond flour.
Mix almond flour with wholemeal flour.
Melt the chocolate with the olive oil in the microwave for 2 minutes, or by using a double-boiler.
Grate the orange peel in the chocolate and when it cools down a bit, add the egg yolks and honey into this mixture.
Mix the egg whites with a mixer until you get a foamy structure, then stir them with the chocolate part. Stir slowly with a spatula and make sure you don't over-mix it.
In the end, add the almonds and wholemeal flour to the prepared mixture. Stir well to combine and pour into your round cake pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
If you enjoy decorations, pour a little melted chocolate on top and sprinkle with coconut flour.
