Soak the quinoa in water overnight, which means at least 7-8 hours. The next morning throw away the water and add 1 cup of new water. Measure with the same cup you used to measure the quinoa, it is important to maintain that ratio. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 teaspoon baking powder. Put in a blender and mix until you get a uniform thick mixture. You should get a very good smooth density as for pancakes.
