Rum Explosion

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/4 cup dates (soaked in rum)
  • 50 ml rum
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 50 ml water (optional)

Instructions

  • Soak the dates in rum and leave them to soak overnight.
  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix well until you get a nice creamy and homogeneous mixture. Store the ice cream in a suitable container and store it in the freezer for at least 4 hours. Decorate as desired!
