Rum Explosion
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/4 cup dates (soaked in rum)
- 50 ml rum
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 50 ml water (optional)
Instructions
- Soak the dates in rum and leave them to soak overnight.
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix well until you get a nice creamy and homogeneous mixture. Store the ice cream in a suitable container and store it in the freezer for at least 4 hours. Decorate as desired!
