In a saucepan, whisk together the dark cocoa powder, sweetner, extracts, and 2 tablespoons almond milk over low heat until it combines into a syrup form.
Whisk in the rest of the milk and heat over medium heat until it's hot. Make sure it does not boil.
Pour into a mug and add toppings if desired, I added dairy-free whipped cream and chocolate syrup.
