Strawberry Banana Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free vanilla yogurt, or unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 tbsp flax seed (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 1/4 cup oats (optional)
  • 1 cup baby spinach (optional)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed until smooth. If your smoothie is too thick, add a little bit of milk and blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy immediately, or freeze for later.
