Super Healthy and Easy 2-Ingredient Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
  • frozen fruit (optional)

Instructions

  • Blend the banana and yogurt and put the mixture in a bowl (if you have a silicone mold it will be super easy to remove, and you can also in muffin molds).
    Finally add the fruit and leave it to freeze for about 2-3 hours, do not take too long so that the fruit does not become too hard.
    I put peaches, apricots (chopped into small cubes) and homemade raspberries. The second time I put blueberries instead of raspberries.
