The Best Chocolate Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 banana sliced
  • 9-10 aronia berries or blueberries
  • pinch of cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 cup water (200 ml cup)

Instructions

  • In a saucepan add the water and wait until it becomes lukewarm, but not boiling. At this point add chia seeds, flaxseed, honey, cocoa powder and cinnamon. Stir well and remove from heat. Let it set for about 20 minutes. Then add the sliced banana, berries and coconut oil.
  • Decorate as desired. Serve and enjoy!
