In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, flaxseed, baking soda, cocoa and salt.
Put the eggs, dates, olive oil and water in a blender and blend until the mixture is smooth. Mix this mixture with the dry almond flour mixture and add the sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and raisins.
Pour the mixture in a muffin tray and bake for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 450 degrees F.
