The Best Moist Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup flaxseed meal
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 6 medjool dates
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, flaxseed, baking soda, cocoa and salt.
  • Put the eggs, dates, olive oil and water in a blender and blend until the mixture is smooth. Mix this mixture with the dry almond flour mixture and add the sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and raisins.
  • Pour the mixture in a muffin tray and bake for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 450 degrees F.
