2 medjool dates (pitted and cut into small pieces)
1tbsppure maple syrup
1/4cupcoffee, or espresso shot
1banana, sliced(1/2 for the porridge, and 1/2 for garnishing)
1/8tspvanilla extract
2cupsoat milk
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a pot and put it on the stove on medium heat. Stir often and cook for about 5-6 minutes until everything is combined and creamy.
Serve topped with sliced banana, nut pieces or any toppings of your choice.
