The Best Sweet Espresso Porridge

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup porridge oats
  • 2 medjool dates (pitted and cut into small pieces)
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coffee, or espresso shot
  • 1 banana, sliced (1/2 for the porridge, and 1/2 for garnishing)
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups oat milk

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a pot and put it on the stove on medium heat. Stir often and cook for about 5-6 minutes until everything is combined and creamy.
  • Serve topped with sliced banana, nut pieces or any toppings of your choice.
