Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 and prepare a baking tray layered with parchment paper.
Remove the pit from the avocados and scoop out room for the eggs. (about a tablespoon)
Position the avocados close together so they don't tip, or simply use a muffin tin to position them nicely.
Crack the egg directly in the avocado half. Season with salt and pepper. Repeat with the rest avocados and eggs.
Bake for 12-20 minutes (depending on how you like your eggs).
Serve immediately and enjoy!
